A structured eight-day progression, from activation to a full internal tournament. No filler. Every session has a theme.

Activation

Arrival, reset, first session. Rhythm, movement and finding your partners.

2Day 2

Pressure & Positioning

Fundamentals under pressure, individual evaluation, team positioning & communication.

3Day 3

Game Patterns

Tactical point building, constraint-based play, cross-court and net approaches.

4Day 4

Net Domination

Controlled volleys, video review of days 1–2, constraint-based mini tournament.

5Day 5

Reading the Bounce

Wall play & defensive positioning, long rallies, simulated tournament situations.

6Day 6

Match Simulation

Rotating scenarios, momentum control, mental prep, internal tournament.

7Day 7

Freeplay & Tournament

Prep with your partner, then competition. Beach dinner & trophy ceremony.

8Day 8

Closing

Sunrise mobility, progress journal, video highlights & photos, farewell lunch.
