  • Nine Deluxe Rooms, single occupancy. Breakfast daily, welcome drinks on arrival, all taxes and service charge inside the price.
  • Every transfer covered — the airport both ways, and the club run on each training day. Nobody books a taxi or splits a fare.
  • Check-in from 14:00 on 7 November, check-out by 12:00 on the 12th. The rate can be extended three nights either side, subject to availability.

On the hotel line, we charge close to the public price. On 28 August 2026, Booking.com showed €6,996 for these exact rooms and dates, or €777 a head. We quote €790 and every transfer sits inside it. Check it yourself if you like — online prices move, and what we hold is a negotiated block of nine rooms rather than nine separate bookings.

One optional extra: a set dinner for the nine of you at the rooftop restaurant, one evening of your choosing. The kitchen is building the menu now and we will come back with a firm price rather than an estimate.

How you pay

€2,090 each, paid individually, in full at booking. Every player gets their own payment link, so nobody fronts eighteen thousand euros and chases the other eight for months. No deposit, no second instalment, and nothing further to pay in Phuket.

Card is instant and gives you the usual protections. Bank transfer costs neither of us anything. Take whichever you prefer.

The name on the payment page is AFCCP OÜ. That is us: Palaestra is the trading name of AFCCP OÜ, registry code 17257275, registered in Estonia. If any other name appears, do not pay. Write to us first.

Terms

Two separate sets of cancellation conditions. They are not linked, and where a condition is the hotel's rather than ours, we say so.

Payment
€2,090 per person, in full, at the time of booking. The booking is confirmed and the nine rooms secured once all nine payments are in. Until then the hotel holds nothing. This quotation is valid to 30 September 2026.
Coaching — our terms
More than 30 days before arrival: full refund. Less than 30 days: non-refundable, but repositionable to another Palaestra date, so the value is not lost.
Accommodation — the hotel's terms
Free until 30 September. From 1 October, 50% is retained. From 16 October, 100%. These are Sole Mio's own conditions, passed on unchanged — once the block is confirmed we cannot improve on them. The date to remember is 30 September: before it, cancelling costs nothing at all.
If one of you drops out
The nine rooms are one block and stay in the booking. The simplest answer is a name change — substitute another player free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Failing that, the departing player follows the terms above and the other eight are never asked to make up the difference.
If plans change
Should the hotel or the club become unavailable before confirmation, you get an equivalent or better alternative, or a full refund. If weather or a closure disrupts the programme, we replace it with the closest equivalent on the ground and pass on in full whatever our suppliers refund us.
Travel insurance
Not included, and we strongly recommend it. Payment is in full at booking and the accommodation terms are the hotel's. A policy covering cancellation, medical costs and sports injury costs a fraction of the trip.
Not included
Flights, visas and insurance. Dinners other than the optional group dinner. Drinks and personal extras at the hotel. Wellness clinic treatments.

Check your flights against these dates. 7 November 2026 is a Saturday, 12 November a Thursday, and the rest day on the 9th falls on a Monday.

What happens next

Say yes and we book. Send us the nine names and email addresses; each player receives their own link. Once all nine are settled you get the rooming list, the court schedule and transfer times matched to your flights.
